Do you guarantee your products?
A Yes, We will repair or replace any product due to faulty construction. We are, however, not responsible for normal wear and tear or any improper cleaning. Please email us first with any compaint that you may have. If the product needs to be returned we would like to know so we can be looking for it. You will be responsible for shipping the item or items back to us. We will pay to have it shipped back to you. Click here to contact us.

Q Do you accept returns?
A Yes, if you are not happy with your purchase for any reason we will exchange your product or refund your purchase price not including postage or handling charges. The UNUSED product must be returned within 7 days of receipt. SORRY, NO RETURNS ON USED ITEMS, CUSTOM ORDERS, OR SALE ITEMS. Please note that diaper bags are considered used once you have put your things in them, so please make sure it is the one you want before you pack it! Also, candles are considered used once they have been lit.


Q When and how will my order be shipped?
A Please allow 2 to 3 weeks for custom orders. All other orders will be shipped out in 2 to 3 days. We ship USPS priority mail or UPS (whichever you prefer) from Texas. So please allow an adaquate time for the products to reach their destination.
